Who has believed

Today we may see a dark world, not many people having interest in spiritual and religious matters.

We may be pleased that there can be found several people who go around preaching. Though on the streets of Belgium we see less Jehovah Witnesses than some years ago. Their presence in public has been greatly reduced. They, and we, were and are preachers of the Good News who continuously try to show people that Jesus is the way to God. Confronted with those to whom we talk and write, we can only notice to our regret that there are not many who want to believe our message.

We are aware that it is God Who is calling people to come to Him. But we wonder how many people do want to hear His Voice. To whom has the arm of the Most High God of gods been revealed?

We go many places and have several publications on the Worldwide Web as well as in paperwork or in printed matter. Everywhere we talk about the special one, a son of man who grew up before God like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground.
We try to convince people that that sent one from God had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, even nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. But who wants to believe in such figure and hear our message?

“1  Who hath believed {1 } our message? and to whom hath the arm of Jehovah been revealed? {1)

Or that which we have heard }

2 For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; {1 } and when we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. {1) Or that we should look upon him; nor beauty etc }

3 He was despised, and {1 } rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with {2 } grief: and {3 } as one from whom men hide their face he was despised; and we esteemed him not. {1) Or forsaken 2) Heb sickness 3) Or he hid as it were his face from us }

4  Surely he hath borne our {1 } griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. {1) Heb sicknesses }5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isa 53:1-5 ASV)

We still live in days that people reject that man who was been spoken off so much. We only can see that Truth has fallen on hard times. Not many do have ears to the Biblical truth, the same as we find today lots of people preferring to present themselves differently than they are in real life; They also prefer following so called ‘friends’ on social media who love to spread false or fake news.

Problem today is also that more and more people come cross with those who believe in God, being them Jews, Christians or Muslims. Everywhere we can find such satans or adversaries of God who bombard those lovers of God with lies every day. The danger is that the adversaries of God become more tricky and manage to present carefully crafted lies. Because they are in the majority its easier for them to deceive those who are pushed in the corner.

Truth has stumbled in the streets for many centuries. Always it has been very difficult for honesty and clear truth to enter. Already in the prophet Isaiah his time truth was nowhere to be found. In his time those who tried to live according to God’s Will and whoever shunned evil became a prey.

“14 And justice is turned away backward, and righteousness standeth afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and uprightness cannot enter. 15 Yea, truth is lacking; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey. And Jehovah saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.” (Isa 59:14-15 ASV)

We may find lots of people who have made Jesus into their god, not seeing that their three gods are than so different from each other that those trinitarians should really be called polytheists.

We try to convince them that God is an All-knowing Being, whilst Jesus was some one who had to learn everything and did not know important matters, like when the end-times would come, or who would be seated next to him in his kingdom and in the Kingdom of his heavenly Father. We try to convince them that Jesus is the way to God, and that they should prepare themselves for the unknown day that he would return as a thief in the night (Revelation 16:15); but to no avail.

“ Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but {1 } by me. {1) Or through } (Joh 14:6 ASV)

We are convinced more people should come to know that it is only possible to come to God by following His son, Jesus Christ, the Messiah. but how long shall it take before people shall come to see and understand the difference between

“the son of God” and “god the son”?

How long shall it take for the world before it shall come to accept that Jesus is that prophet spoken about in the many books from the Hebrew Bible?

How long shall people despise what the son of man really did, by not wanting to see how he put his own will aside to do the Will of his heavenly Father? How long is the world to reject that man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief?

Lots of people turned their backs on him that was willing to do the Will of God, instead of his own will.

“ saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” (Lu 22:42 ASV)

Clearly we can find in the Scriptures that Jesus says

“not my will”

indicating it is not what Jesus wants but Jesus giving himself to the Will of his heavenly Father, Who he considers also his God, Whose Will we should also do and Whose Will should be done on earth as it is in heaven.

“ Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.” (Mt 6:10 ASV)

As lovers of God we can only hope and look forward to that time that the Will of God shall come to be fulfilled.

In accepting Jesus as God His son, we by faith in him that was sent by God, we are allowed to live by hope, having received the example of a real man standing out off the dead, which we would not have had when Jesus would be God (because then there still would be no proof at all that man can come out of death).

We should step away form the distorted data and all those human doctrines. for many that would not be so easy,because they have been for years brought up with those false teachings. for them a new world has to go open. One which they shall find be liberating, because being caught up by all those human teachings which are not really there in the bible, they shall find lots of freedom.

Many who are against those who preach the Good News do forget that they are the ones who try to communicate the truth in love. Out of love for the other, they go around warning for what might come sooner, or later, than we think.

As bringers of the Biblical words we want to promote informed and mature reflection. You do not have to take our words for the truth. You may question and doubt us. What we ask is

try to take the words in the bible for what they stand, for what there is really written

Do not think “God” when there stands “Jesus”. Do not think “God the son” when there is written “the son of God”.

We only ask you to come to read what there is really written, so that your eyes may come to see what is really written in the Bible. Do not think the Bilbie is to difficult to understand yourself. Believe in it. Believe that God has given His Word to everybody, so that every human being shall be able to hear the Words of God and come to understand them.

The communication of that Book of books shall not fall short. In it you may find the best guide to your life.

the only thing that we want is:

That you keep your eyes focused on the Biblical Truth

and that you believe in the sent one from God who declared his heavenly Father greater than himself. It is that son of man who now has gone back to his heavenly Father, Who declared Jesus to be His only begotten beloved son.

“ Ye heard how I said to you, I go away, and I come unto you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced, because I go unto the Father: for the Father is greater than I.” (Joh 14:28 ASV)

“21  Now it came to pass, when all the people were baptized, that, Jesus also having been baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, 22 and the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily form, as a dove, upon him, and a voice came out of heaven, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. 23 And Jesus himself, when he began to teach, was about thirty years of age, being the son (as was supposed) of Joseph, the son of Heli,” (Lu 3:21-23 ASV)
