The report from many of our sisters is that the Women’s Retreat, held April 22-24, 2022, was a wonderful, uplifting weekend. Forty-seven women from as far as Florida and Illinois gathered at Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio, for in-person fellowship, study, and worship. They stayed in six lovely homes in the tiny community, sharing a beautifully catered “Meet and Greet” Friday evening and Saturday lunch, followed by Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch prepared by the housemates in the individual houses. Classes Saturday morning were led by Sis. Clatie Fischer and Sis. Sue Schaen. Fun activities and praise offerings were enjoyed together on Saturday evening. Sunday’s worship was led by Sis. Michele Elliott and Sis. Hannah Fadelle. The sisters are already looking forward to next year’s retreat, God willing, April 29-30, 2023. For more information, email cbhwomensretreat@gmail.com
