August’s issue of The Christadelphian

In the present issue of The Christadelphian an exposition article on the Year of Jubilee (by Brother Richard Snelling) shows another fine example of how Old Testament law has its greater fulfilment in the work of the Lord Jesus. Sister Beulah Edwards considers some of the ways that sisters can contribute positively to the work of the ecclesia and we complete the two-part examination of the Laws of Slavery (Brother Paul Cresswell) this time considering those in the New Testament.

In the community section there is an update from the CALS regarding developments in the production of the CALS Diary, particularly the dramatic ‘behind the scenes’ improvements which have just about eliminated the annual exercise of collating paper updates from around the world. In the Faith Alive! section Brother David Simpson begins a new series on ‘Serving in the ecclesia’, giving helpful advice to our younger members on undertaking different roles.

All recording brothers and event organisers are encouraged to submit their news and information for inclusion in The Christadelphian.

If you wish to subscribe to The Christadelphian the easiest way is through the website or alternatively by contacting the Customer Service and Sales Team directly.
