Next week on Friday we are going to England for the week-end. There shall be no services in Mons, Leuven or Brussels, because we expect everybody to join us with the Newbury ecclesia at the Kingslere C of E Primary School.
We would really like all our members to be able to ask family and friends to come along for the day – the content will have something of interest and benefit for all ages.
Plans are in hand for a really exciting day of fellowship, teaching and praise looking at the theme of “Building The Body.” When the apostle Paul talked about the body of Christ considering all the different parts and roles involved, he used the metaphor of the human body, and especially the eyes and ears, hands, feet and the “less honourable” parts.
It would therefore be natural if any presentation on this theme would look at similar aspects.
WRONG!!! How about the bones, muscles, blood, skin?
Simon and Emma Palmer of Exeter ecclesia have given a fun-packed, scriptural exploration of other aspects of the body during a workshop at Hoddesdon 2018 and they have agreed to share with us the same material for our benefit and enjoyment
There will be a dedicated programme for the younger members of the ecclesial family under the related theme of The Senses.
More details to follow – in the meantime, please save the date!!!
