Unemployment is high and many rely on subsistence farming to survive. The fish farm will provide meaningful employment and enable the local brothers to develop new skills. The farm, to be located in Dili, the nation’s capital will house these brethren enabling them to remain together and support the young ecclesia. Once the farm is operational, income will be directed towards local welfare needs and the construction of a facility for ecclesial use and as a Bible Education Center. WCF is providing the funding to set up the farm and associated costs.
